We use the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of Fenex. The Dutch Forwarding Conditions are general conditions drawn up by FENEX for the benefit of its members.
CMR-treaty (Stichting Vervoeradres)
We use the CMR convention of Stichting Vervoeradres. The CMR treaty is an international treaty between European countries. The CMR automatically applies to all international road transport under a transport agreement.
General Transport Conditions (Stichting Vervoeradres)
We use the 2002 General Transport Conditions of Stichting Vervoeradres. The General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC 2002) are general conditions for road transport contracts for the carriage of goods by road. These conditions apply to almost all road transport agreements with Dutch carriers.
